Qualifications

- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2020-2025)
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools and regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 21434, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience scaling tech operations for 10,000+ employee organizations
