Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging technology domains
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D consortia
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and drive organizational buy-in
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in launching at least two future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and stage-gate processes
