Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
