- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in technology development cycles

- Analyze competitive landscape and identify disruptive technology opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, IoT, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products or platforms
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic innovation (e.g., TOGAF, PMP)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
