You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to ensure our technology portfolio remains agile and future-ready in an exponentially evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and their business applications
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology disruption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and lead a dedicated future technology think tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
