Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, focusing on AI integration, quantum applications, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using emerging frameworks and tools
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar peer-reviewed platforms
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
