Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum technologies from lab to market
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech implications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia preferred)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
