Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, nanotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through investor partnerships
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Published research in quantum computing or machine learning (h-index >30)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $1B+ revenue
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
