Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and whitepapers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
