Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech impacts
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging tech integration and pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology assessment methodologies
- Author annual technology trend reports for industry publication and conference speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record translating complex innovations into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and board audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
