Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 3+ in innovation strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
