Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state technology scenarios
- Develop proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
