- Drive innovation sprints with global engineering teams
- Secure $10M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in senior technology architecture roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and Web4.0 protocols
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
