Responsibilities
- Define 2026 Roadmaps: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for future technology initiatives, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neuro-interfaces) to determine their applicability for enterprise growth.
- Architectural Vision: Design robust, secure, and high-performance systems architecture that aligns with the company's futuristic goals and market positioning.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visions for stakeholders, investors, and development teams.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal R&D initiatives and incubator projects focused on solving problems that don't yet exist.
- Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Ensure all futuristic implementations adhere to current and future data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems with a focus on scalability.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical business leaders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Certifications: Cloud architecture or AI ethics certifications are a significant plus.
