Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for 2026-era systems integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized networks
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with emerging regulatory frameworks (e.g., AI Act compliance)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5+ global R&D centers
- Prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab using bleeding-edge tools
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lifecycles
- Mentor junior architects in emerging technologies and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, federated learning, and Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of designing systems handling >100M transactions/day
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and blockchain architecture
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical AI deployment
- Experience with cross-cultural remote team leadership across multiple time zones
- Publication record in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
