Qualifications
- 10+ years in architecture/leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or carbon-neutral tech
- Proven track record scaling enterprise solutions to 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG tech frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
