Qualifications

- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, AR/VR, or bioinformatics
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent
