Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Drive ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and venture labs
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ across multidisciplinary domains
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
