Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with C-suite communication experience
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
