Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead high-impact innovation projects with $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech projects to enterprise-level
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercializations
