Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in blockchain, AR/VR, and sustainable tech integration

- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with federal tech policy and international standards
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
