Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into corporate vision
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for innovation acceleration
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage R&D budgets for future technology initiatives with ROI-focused frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with 2026+ horizon planning
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) required
