Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-5 year vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech integration, neurotech)
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite investors and board members
- Manage $20M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven allocation
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor senior engineers and product strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Global network of tech innovators and investors
