Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, carbon capture tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR for enterprise solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and product innovators
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen technologies in our Innovation Labs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years focused on future-tech roadmapping
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certifications in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
