You'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI ethicists, and biotech innovators to build a sustainable competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology trend analysis to identify breakthrough innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market readiness assessments and ROI projections for emerging technologies
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
