Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech adoption with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global innovation hubs and patent landscapes for paradigm-shifting developments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups specializing in frontier tech
- Establish KPIs to measure technology readiness and market impact by 2026
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum systems)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and global innovation communities
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight highly desirable
