Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to inform strategic product roadmaps
- Develop horizon scanning frameworks to identify breakthrough innovations with 2026 market potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Produce competitive intelligence reports on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends preferred
