Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with system setups, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex problem-solving
- Manage asset inventory and software deployment processes
- Conduct user training on new systems and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
