Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CTO) preferred
- Experience leading multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
