Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets for future tech integration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate next-gen solutions in sustainable computing and human-machine interfaces
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth dynamics
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience building ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech governance models
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications or industry white papers
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
