Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to innovate on neural network architectures.
- Mentor junior staff and establish coding standards for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to ensure security and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI hardware acceleration and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
