Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and carbon-negative tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech adoption and implementation best practices
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with C-suite presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies preferred
