Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption in 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills for scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
