Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with strategic relevance to 2026 business objectives
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision and market trends
- Lead innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology applications and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into scalable business solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, incubators, research labs)
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation strategy
