Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 2026+ commercial potential
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech forums on future tech ethics
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into existing ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in next-generation technologies
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles
