- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging tools and methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate trends into actionable plans
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
