Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology roadmap with clear milestones and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, and converging technology ecosystems
