Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate innovations into commercial offerings
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or product development leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
