Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-focused technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage partnerships with technology innovators, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Mentor technical teams on future technology implications and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
