Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality deliverables
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification required
- Proven success managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote and hybrid teams
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry strongly preferred
