Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their market impact through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing innovation priorities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate high-growth opportunities in emerging markets and disruptive sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven ability to translate trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects or published industry insights
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent professional development
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
