Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for commercialization
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotechnology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience scaling tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or similar institutions
