Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and prioritize R&D investment opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies for emerging technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products in fast-evolving tech sectors
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level executives and investors
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CMI) preferred
