Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Analyze emerging tech patent landscapes and regulatory implications
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor PhD fellows in tech commercialization programs
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and biotech supply chains
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies
