Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic tech initiatives
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend forecasting
- Certification in emerging technology fields preferred
