Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovations in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects bridging theoretical research and commercial applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage technology portfolio allocation and resource optimization
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: machine learning architectures, quantum algorithms, circular economy tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor panels
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) a plus
