Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators and academic partners
- Mentor teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies for futuristic projects
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
