Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for market disruption
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present executive-level recommendations on technology investments and innovation priorities
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, INSEAD)
