Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines and business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry disruption
