Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product concepts and service models
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to scout breakthrough innovations
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for technology disruption scenarios
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateCore as a future-tech pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
